Remy Ma Responds To Nicki Minaj Saying Papoose GhostWrote ‘shETHER’

Accusing a rival of using ghostwriters has become a go-to move in rap

beef. That’s what Nicki Minaj said about Remy Ma and her song ‘shEther’ on 2 Chainz’s cut ‘Realize.’

“Papoose wrote the ‘Ether’ record, but I broke Aretha record,” said Nicki on the song.
In a new video, Remy responded to that accusation and blasted those who think Pap writes her rhymes.
“You know what’s so crazy? Niggas [say] Pap is writing for me,” she said. “First of all, my husband is dumb nice … Niggas ain’t never want to give him his props. Now when niggas get ‘shEthered,’ now all of a sudden he’s writing my rhymes. Who the fuck was writing my rhymes before I met him? I met Pap after ‘Lean Back,’ after ‘Conceited,’ after the ‘Ante Up’ remix, after all my mixtapes. Who was writing my shit then? Like, are you fucking dumb?”
Rem then brought up Nicki’s brother Jelani Maraj, who was accused of raping a 12-year-old girl two years ago.
“If you wasn’t there, don’t talk about nobody’s case,” she said about Nicki bringing up her time in prison on ‘No Frauds.’ And even if everything they said was right and exact in my case, bitch, I ain’t never touched nobody’s kids. I ain’t never fondled no fucking minors.”
